Thomas “Tom” Bloom
Tom Bloom founded Bloom Roofing Systems in 1979. He built the company on workmanship, careful attention to project details and roofing as an ongoing management responsibility.
He started in the trade in 1972 after answering a newspaper ad for a roofing helper, and founded Bloom Roofing Systems on June 21, 1979.

Dan Bloom
Dan Bloom represents the next generation of Bloom leadership. He completed NRCA’s Future Executives Institute, Class 11, in 2026, a three-year program focused on roofing-company management and leadership.
