Roof Repair

Commercial Roof Repairs
for the Problems You're Facing

Bloom finds the cause, not just the wet spot, then repairs it with our own technicians and documents the work. For water coming in right now, call the emergency line.

Find the Cause and Plan the Right Repair

Water can travel through a roof assembly before it appears inside. Reviewing the affected area, nearby details and available repair history helps define the problem before work is authorized. Repairs are completed by Bloom’s Certified Roof Repair Technicians.

A targeted repair works where the surrounding roof is still sound. Broader deterioration or suspected moisture needs further investigation and a different scope, such as an inspection. The form on this page is for scheduled repairs. For active water intrusion, use emergency leak response and call.

How repairs work

How a Repair Visit Works

Repairs are carried out by Bloom's own crews, trained through the Roofers Local 70 apprenticeship.

  1. 01

    Review the concern and access

Share the address, what you are seeing, any warranty on the roof and access or tenant requirements.

  2. 02

    Investigate and agree the scope

The technician reviews the affected area and nearby details, then defines the repair or recommends further investigation.

  3. 03

    Repair and document

Compatible repairs are completed for the roof system, with the findings and work recorded for your file.

Pricing

What Affects the Price

Repair pricing depends on the detail and the conditions around it, so the scope is confirmed after the area has been reviewed.

  • Access

Roof height, hoisting, interior access, tenant coordination and after-hours entry.

  • Detail complexity

A puncture in open membrane and a failed detail in a crowded equipment area are different jobs, even at a similar size.

  • Compatible materials

Each membrane has its own repair method and materials, and some methods depend on weather and surface conditions.

  • Assembly condition

Wet insulation or deck deterioration can change a membrane repair into a larger scope.

  • Extent of the work

An isolated concern and a widespread one call for different responses. If findings point to a larger project, you receive that recommendation in writing.

FAQ

Questions About Roof Repair

Will a repair affect my warranty?

Tell Bloom about any warranty before work is authorized. Applicable terms may govern notification, approval, contractor eligibility, materials and records. Confirm those requirements for your roof; a repair does not automatically preserve or void every warranty.

Can you tell me whether to repair or replace?

The recommendation follows the condition of the affected area and the surrounding assembly, not the roof's age alone. Where moisture or broader deterioration is suspected, further investigation or an inspection may be needed before deciding.

Can you repair a roof you did not install?

Yes, subject to the scope and any warranty requirements. The repair method depends on identifying the existing membrane and assembly.

Will the repair match my existing membrane?

The repair uses compatible materials. New material may look different from a weathered surface; if appearance matters on a visible roof, mention it when you request the repair.
