Where we respond

Bloom responds to commercial roof emergencies from its Brighton headquarters and technicians based around Michigan, with coverage into northern Indiana and northern Ohio. Call to confirm availability for your location and conditions, or see our contact information.

Documentation

Bloom documents the roofing conditions found and the work performed. That record can support your own insurance or warranty process, but Bloom does not determine insurance coverage or guarantee claim acceptance.

Billing

Emergency response is billed at the emergency rate. Temporary stabilization and any permanent repair may be separate scopes, and pricing is confirmed for the work.

After the Emergency: Make Sure It Doesn't Happen Again

Once the water is stopped, Bloom documents what caused it and recommends the permanent repair. If the same roof has leaked before, the next step is a full inspection, so you know whether this was one failed detail or a pattern. Then a maintenance program keeps the details that fail first in shape.

FAQ

Questions About Emergency Leaks

What makes a leak urgent?

Water actively entering the building, or damage that is likely to let water in before scheduled work can happen, such as storm-opened membrane or a failed drain during heavy rain. Water near electrical equipment, inventory or occupied areas raises the urgency. An old stain with no active leak can usually be handled as a scheduled repair.

What is the difference between temporary and permanent work?

Temporary stabilization aims to limit further water entry when it can be done safely in the current conditions. A permanent repair addresses the confirmed cause and is scoped separately, often once conditions allow a full review.

What documentation will I receive?

A record of the roofing conditions found and the work performed. It can support your insurance or warranty process; review your policy and warranty notice requirements, since Bloom does not determine coverage.

Which Bloom team covers my building?

The base nearest your building. Bloom dispatches technicians from Brighton, Ann Arbor, Detroit, Downriver, Albion, Birch Run and Saginaw, and northern Ohio goes to whichever team is closest. The dispatch zones page lists every city and the base that covers it.
