Holy Rosary Parish needed the roof above its K-8 school and child development center replaced before the school year began, while summer classes and programs were running.
Bloom's Work
Bloom removed the aging built-up plies to the gypsum deck, installed tapered ISO insulation to create slope for drainage, and applied an adhered 60-mil EPDM membrane across 15,368 square feet.
The Documented Outcome
The work was completed before the fall semester, so the school year could begin as planned.
